Artexe SpA was established in 2003 and has a participation of Varese Investimenti, holding of Unione Industriali di Varese and Intesa Sanpaolo bank group.
Since 2009 the focus has been on reception processes and queue management, supporting the Research of the Ict Observatory in Healthcare of the Politecnico di Milano School of Management, supplying its own knowledge on digital services for citizens.
In may 2011, with Artexe’s queue managemen system, the Sant’Anna hospital in Como won the Healthcare ICT Innovation award in in the category "Solutions for a better service to citizens".
In April 2012 the Company obtained the quality certification ISO 9001:2008, that represents a reliable guide for internal organization, management and optimization of processes, and is the basis for endorsement and crediting towards customers, evidencing the competitive edge above other operators in this market and representing a driver for corporate identity growth.
In May 2013, with the project developed by Artexe, the Azienda Unità Locale Socio Sanitaria 5 di Arzignano (Vicenza) got a mention in the context of the Innovation Award 2013 in the category ICT in Health Care "Digital Services to the Citizen" for the project "Reorganisation of First Aid." The mention was given at the conference to present the 2013 ICT Observatory on Health Research of the Politecnico di Milano School of Management.
During 2014 Artexe moved to Milan inside the innovative Polihub Structure, the business incubator of the Politecnico di Milano managed by Fondazione Politecnico di Milano and supported by the Milan Municipality.
In 2015, Artexe technology was in two projects finalists for the category “Management of the relationship with the citizen” in the context of ICT in Healthcare Innovation Award 2015
